With this strategic investment, Am-Djarass will transition from chronic scarcity to self-sufficiency, guaranteeing that every home has access to safe, reliable water for future generations.

The Morocco Clinics Project involves the renovation and modernization of three healthcare facilities across multiple regions of the Kingdom of Morocco. The project encompasses Project Management Consultancy, Engineering Design (including Architectural, Structural, and MEP), and Construction Supervision services. Its key objectives are to expand, upgrade, and modernize healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with Ministry of Health regulations and providing a safe, efficient environment for both patients and staff.

Additionally, the project includes the supply of essential medical equipment to support enhanced healthcare service delivery.

The Golden Tulip Grand Comoros Resort is a prestigious five-star destination combining luxury, comfort, and world-class amenities. Located in the stunning setting of Grand Comore, Comoros, the project involves the construction and renovation of an expansive 80,000 sqm resort. The development features 134 elegantly designed rooms — including 87 units of 35 sqm, 32 units of 53 sqm, 14 units of 73 sqm, and an exclusive 120 sqm villa. The Farah Canal & Diversion Dam Project is a transformative infrastructure development in Afghanistan's Farah Province that aims to boost agricultural productivity and increase climate resilience. The freshly excavated canal system, which stretches 14 kilometers, will provide essential irrigation to approximately 260,000 hectares of now unirrigated and unplanned farmland, unlocking the potential of large agricultural zones in the country's northern regions.

The Mauritania Water Transfer Pipeline is a groundbreaking initiative to channel life‐sustaining water from the Senegal River into central Mauritania. By leveraging a modern treatment plant and an expansive conveyance network, this project will transform arid landscapes into productive fields and deliver clean drinking water deep into drought‐stricken communities .

Spanning an irrigation area of 3,500 hectares and extending potable water to 165 villages, the pipeline will directly uplift over 11,500 residents. Farmers will gain reliable access to irrigation, enabling year‐round cultivation, while households will see a stable supply of safe drinking water—ending the chronic water insecurity that has long hampered health and livelihoods .

All treated water will adhere to the highest international benchmarks, fully compliant with the European Water Directive guidelines. This commitment to quality, coupled with sustainable design principles, ensures that the Mauritania Water Transfer Pipeline will not only address immediate needs but also build enduring resilience and prosperity across the region.

The Congo Social Housing Project is a large-scale residential community that aims to provide decent housing and raise living standards in the region. The construction, with a total land area of roughly 86,482.2 m², will have 200 separate dwellings, each placed within a private 244.76 m² courtyard. Ilha Caravela is a 128 km² island in eastern Guinea-Bissau, about 90 km (2.5 hours by boat) from the capital Bissau. With a population of approximately 1,500 people and no current infrastructure, the island offers a unique potential for sustainable development in one of West Africa's most ecologically significant locations.
