Mayan Properties CEO Visits SINOCONST to Explore Overseas Project Cooperation

27 July 2026 – Ahmed Younis Al Hosani, Chief Executive Officer of Mayan Properties, visited SINOCONST (Shanghai) Steel Structure Co., Ltd. to discuss potential areas of cooperation and strengthen engagement on international project opportunities. Accompanying the delegation was Wang Dongxu, Strategic Client Manager of CMEC's Sixth Engineering Complete Sets Division.

The delegation was welcomed by Li Zhaozhun, Chairman of SINOCONST; Ren Pengfei, General Manager; Shen Guotao, Deputy General Manager; and members of the company's senior management team.

During the meeting, Chairman Li presented an overview of SINOCONST's development, highlighting the company's expertise in steel structure engineering, its portfolio of landmark projects, international market presence, and experience in overseas project delivery. He expressed the company's interest in establishing a long-term partnership with Mayan Properties to jointly pursue opportunities in regional infrastructure and construction markets.

Mr. Al Hosani commended SINOCONST's engineering capabilities, technical expertise, management systems, and international operating experience. The two sides then held detailed discussions on potential collaboration for overseas projects, including project delivery models, local implementation processes, and the alignment of technical and operational standards across different markets.

The meeting also provided an opportunity to exchange views on current business priorities, project pipelines, and future development plans. Both parties agreed to maintain close communication, enhance information sharing, and explore specific opportunities for cooperation in international markets.
